Purpose and information requests
The programmes are educational, remote, non-certified private lessons for adults. The form request is not a contract, booking or payment. Level, content, video tool and times are confirmed in a written proposal before starting.
Prices, content and agreement
“From” amounts are starting prices in euros, including applicable taxes, for the listed 60-minute sessions. The per-session rate is €30 or €35 depending on the programme. Listed materials and exercises are included. Any paid software and extensions require prior agreement.
Before agreement, the proposal specifies identity, content, session count, total price, schedule, technical tools, payment terms, withdrawal rights and complaints handling. There is no automatic renewal. Payment arrangements are confirmed in writing; this site collects no banking data.
Scheduling and rescheduling
Lessons are individual and remote. You need equipment and connectivity compatible with the programme. The video tool is chosen with you; its conditions are shared before use. No session is recorded by default.
A rescheduling request at least 24 hours in advance allows a new slot to be sought without a fee. With less notice, the situation is reviewed before any charge, under expressly agreed terms and statutory rights. If the instructor cannot provide a session, a new slot or refund for the unprovided session is offered.
Outcomes and materials
The programme identifies exercises and supplied materials. Progress also depends on participation and practice between sessions. No exam outcome, employment, score, qualification or language level is guaranteed. Materials are for personal use; third-party content rights are respected.
Consumer withdrawal
For a distance service contract entered into as a consumer, you generally have 14 days from entering into the contract to withdraw without a reason. You may give clear notice by email or post to the address in the legal notice.
Starting during this period requires a separate express request. If you withdraw after an expressly requested early start, only the legally applicable proportionate amount for work provided may be charged. Losing the right after full performance requires the statutory conditions of prior consent and acknowledgement. The contact form does not authorise an early start.
Refundable sums are returned within the statutory 14 days after notice, using the same payment method unless validly agreed otherwise, without refund fees.

A consumer is entitled to a consumer-mediation process after an unresolved complaint. The details of the mediator the business has actually joined must be added before commercial publication and communicated before any contract. No membership of a particular mediator was supplied for this website.
Applicable law
French law applies to the extent permitted, without removing mandatory consumer protections in the country of residence. Jurisdiction follows applicable rules; no exclusive court contrary to consumer rights is imposed. Liabilities that cannot legally be limited remain applicable.
